Will of George Hiscock In re This is the last will and Testament
of me George Hiscock of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland
retired master mariner I give devise and bequeath unto my two daughters
Mary Ann Gwilym and Sarah Coffin all and singular whatsoever lands monies
chattels and effects that I may die possessed of this bequest is made
however in contemplation of my said two daughters living together in
the Dwelling House now occupied by me and is upon the condition that
if my said daughter Mary Ann Gwilym who is now a widow. Should marry
again her share or interest in the said land and Dwelling House shall
vest in and become the property of the said Sarah Coffin and if my said
daughter Sarah Coffin should become a widow and marry again before the
said Mary Ann Gwilym her share or interest in the said land and Dwelling
House shall vest in and become the property of the said Mary
Ann Gwilym Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
