JOHN JOSEPH HOGAN.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me John Joseph Hogan of Leong Beach in the Dist of Bay de Verde made this twenty third day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty five. In the name of God Amen.
I HEREBY revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint Andrew Dwyer of Michael to be my executor, and direct that all my debts and funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto the said Andrew Dwyer all my estate, real and personal that is my dwelling house, outhouses, all my land, flake, stage and my part of the main stage in fact all I possess.
The said Andrew Dwyer is to feed and clothe my wife and myself and look after us to the best of his ability during the remainder of our lives and after our death if he has not money enough of his own, he must sell something of the property to purchase ^{a headstone} each for both of us.
What belongs to my wife I am not including in this will which include her bed and bedding and hens etc.
