Will of Charles Hutchings Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Charles Hutchings of St. John's Newfoundland sailmaker I hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time made. I give devise and bequeath the two several policies of assurance which I have effected on my life with the Star assurance company of London England for the sum of six hundred pounds and profits Also all that land and premises known as the Jubilee Farm situate on the Thorburn Road Also all mining and other grants held from the Crown situate at Placentia and in Notre Dame Bay Also all monies and securities for monies and book debts and all other property goods chattels and effects of every description and kind soever of which I may die possessed unto my wife Euphemia Isabella Hutchings. And I appoint the said Euphemia Isabella Hutchings the executrix of this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 9th day of April A.D. 1888. (Sgd) Charles Hutchings. Signed by the said Charles Hutchings as his last will in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses. (Sgd) Fred G. Bunting.
