Will of Elizabeth Sybella Hutchings, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 357 probate year 1931

IN RE.                              DECEASED

Elizabeth Sybella Hutchings.

I, Elizabeth Sybella Hutchings, widow of the late George A. Hutchings, of St John's, hereby revoke all former wills and codicils made by me, and declare that this is my last will.
First. I appoint Robert B. Job and Harold Varlos Hutchings, both of St John's to be my executors.
Second; I devise and bequeath all my right title and interest in the dwelling house, land and premises situate on the Portugal Cove Road, near St John's, and known as "SYDNEY" to my son Harold Varlos Hutchings absolutely.
Third; I bequeath to my daughters Clara Sydney Tessier Hutchings and Isabel Edit Bridge Hutchings the furniture usually in their use or occupation in their bedroom in "SYDNEY" aforesaid at the time of my death, to be divided between them as they shall agree, or, in case of dispute, by my executors.
Fourth; I bequeath to my son Harold Varlos Hutchings all the furniture in the said dwelling house and all the utensils on or about the said premises, except the furniture bequeathed as aforesaid to my said daughters, for his use absolutely.
Fifth; Out of the monies in the Savings Bank to my credit, or in my possession, or from the proceeds of bonds possessed by me, but not from any other property or residue thereof, I bequeath the sum of one hundred dollars to each of my daughters above named.
Sixth: I bequeath the residue of my property to my son Harold Varlos Hutchings absolutely.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 14 day of February A.D. 1921.

SIGNED by the above named Elizabeth Sybella Hutchings as her last will in the joint presence of herself and us, who, at her request and in such joint presences, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
