Will of Patrick Hyde, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 389 probate year 1931

IN RE.                    DECEASED
Patrick Hyde.

I, Patrick Hyde, the undersigned, do declare this to be my last will and testament.
First, I give and bequeath to my son James, my house and all therein, excepting the contents of my bedroom, which I leave to my grandson, Patrick Hyde.
Also my part of fishing property, which I now occupy, all the land that I now own, my part of timber land known as "the grove" all my stores and stables, I give and bequeath to my son James.
Also, my part of property in Bay de Verde I give and bequeath to my wife until her death, after which it is to be given to my son James.
Signed at Red Head Cove this 15th day of March nineteen hundred and twenty seven.
