Will of Richard J. Ivany, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 379 probate year 1931 IN RE. DECEASED I, Richard J. Ivany of St John's in the Colony of Newfoundland, Tinsmith, do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament. First. I hereby revoke and declare null and void all other and former wills by me made. Second. I give devise and bequeath all my property and estate both real and personal of every description whatsoever and wheresoever situate to my wife Bertha Ivany for her sole use and benefit. Third. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Bertha Ivany and my son Alfred J. Ivany of St John's aforesaid to be the executors of this my will. R. J. Ivany SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the above named Testator Richard J. Ivany as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses at St John's aforesaid this 22nd day of January Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty three.
