I, Richard J. Ivany of St John's in the Colony of Newfoundland, Tinsmith, do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament. First. I hereby revoke and declare null and void all other and former wills by me made. Second. I give devise and bequeath all my property and estate both real and personal of every description whatsoever and wheresoever situate to my wife Bertha Ivany for her sole use and benefit. Third. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Bertha Ivany and my son Alfred J. Ivany of St John's aforesaid to be the executors of this my will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St John's aforesaid this twenty second day of January Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty three.
