Will of William Ivany, Junior, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 440 probate year 1931 IN RE. DECEASED William Ivany, Junior. This is the last Will & Testament of me William Ivany Junior son of William Ivany of English Harbour, Trinity Bay, fisherman.
I give, devise & bequeath unto Peter & Robert Rex of Port Rexton, all my estate which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease whether real or personal & where ever situated, with all its rights privileges & appurtenance absolutely.
And I am bequeathing my estate to the said Peter & Robert Rex of Port Rexton providing they in return support & look after my wife Dinah Ivany as long as she lives.
I hereby appoint the said Peter & Robert Rex sole Executors to this my last will and testament.
