George Lambert.

This is the last will and testament of me, George Lambert of 13 Boncladdy Street, Cabman, St. John's

1. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Emily Lambert all that land with the dwelling house and all other erections thereon held under lease from Boggan Estate known as no 13 Boncladdy Street in St John's.
2. I also bequeath to my wife all the household furniture contained in my dwelling.
3. I also leave to my wife my horse, carriage, sleigh harness and other articles used in my business as cabdriver.
4. I also bequeath to my wife the rest residue and remainder of my estate
5. And I appoint her sole Executrix of this my will.
