This is the last will and Testament of me Charles Layton of Harbor Grace Master Mariner. I do give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Layton all that land dwelling house and premises now occupied by me at Harbor Grace aforesaid together with all furniture lands goods monies and effects of which I may die possessed wherever the same may be.
