The last will and testament of Albert Learning.

I, Albert Learning, bequeath to my nephew, Arthur Learning, the whole of my money; my property consisting of house and stores and their contents in Paradise, and the house, stores and contents of the salmon place at Kellaway's Bight, Sandwich Bay.
Witness my hand, this twenty-eighth day of March, nineteen hundred & twenty-eight
