Last will and Testament of
Patrick Leary of St. John’s. Farmer
deceased

      This is the last will and Testament of me Patrick Leary of St. John’s Farmer. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made. I give devise and bequeath my Farm on the Major’s Path known as the Upper Farm to my daughter Anastasia wife of John Walsh absolutely for her sole use and behoof. I give and bequeath my household furniture and general household effects to my daughters Anastasia wife of John Walsh as aforesaid and my daughter Catherine Martin to be equally divided between them.
I give devise and bequeath the tenement house situate at the Kings Bridge and formerly occupied by my daughter Anastasia to her absolutely. And the tenement above it to my daughter Catherine Martin absolutely. I give devise and bequeath the tenement house adjoining the last mentioned house to my Grandson John Dooley absolutely. I appoint William Foley of St. John’s Tailor Executor of this my last will. My horses carriages sleighs and harness I give and bequeath to my said Grandson John Dooley for his sole use and benefit. Dated at St. John’s this third day of September A.D. 1897. (Sgd) Patrick Leary. Signed Published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us who in his presence at his request and in presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses. (Sgd) William Foley. (Sgd) Edward Shea.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Patrick Leary deceased
