Last Will and Testament of
Henry G. Leseman of St. John's
Printer deceased.
This is the last will and testament of me Henry
George Leseman of London England but at present of Saint John's in the Island
of Newfoundland master mariner. I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary
dispositions heretofore made by me. I appoint Mark Chaplin of Saint Johns aforesaid,
Tailor and Albert LeC. Berteau of the same place Barrister-at-law executors
of this my last will and testament.
I give and bequeath all my estate
of whatever description and wheresoever situate unto my wife during her life
and widowhood and after the death or marrying again of my said wife I give
and bequeath my said estate unto my children surviving at the time of my wife's
decease or at the time of marrying again share and share alike. In the event
of my wife marrying, after the decease of all my children my estate shall become
the property of my next of kin share and share alike.
In witness
whereof I the said Henry George Leseman have to this my last
will and testament set my name this twenty eighth day of July in the year of
our Lord eighteen hundred and ninety four. (Sgd) Henry George Leseman.
Signed by the Testator and acknowledged by him to be his last will and testament
in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request and in his
presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
(sgd) A.

I certify the foregoing to be a correct
copy of the last will and Testament of Henry George Leseman deceased
