Will of Michael Linegar, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 442 probate year 1931 IN RE. DECEASED THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Michael Linegar, of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Cooper. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my daughter Mary Lush the Executrix of this my will. I direct my said Executrix to expend the sum of Five Dollars in Masses for the repose of my soul. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property I give and bequeath to my said executrix for her sole use and benefit. Michael Linegar. SIGNED, PUBLISHED and DECLARED by the Testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time who in his presence and at his request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof; Correct.
