Will of Leonard Lodge from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 417-418 probate year 1889 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of me Leonard Lodge of St. John's Newfoundland, Gentleman, I give devise and bequeath all my estate property and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal unto my wife Bridget Mary Josephine Lodge for her sole use absolutely and I appoint her executrix of this my will. I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 21st day of March A.D. 1888. Leonard his x mark Lodge. Signed published and declared by the said Leonard Lodge (by making his mark) as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers who in the presence of the said Testator and of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as such witnesses on the date and year above written the same having been first read over and explained to the said Testator in our presence before he so signed the same Geo.
