Will of Louisa Louis from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 599 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Louisa Louis widow
of James
B. Louis of Lower Island Cove Bay de Verde deceased who died intestate
and by this I annul all previous wills made by me. Dated July 18th 1928. Being
of sound mind and having the use of all my reasoning faculties but weak in
body I hereby devise bequeath and give to my daughter Eliza Rankin
Louis (Turner) all my part right title and claim of all the lands houses whatever
and wheresoever situated with all erections thereon fishing room property
household furniture chattels and effects to her heirs assigns and executors
forever apart from her own claims as an heir with all others of her fathers
children that she has equal rights with including real estate and personal
property in short everything whatsoever I am possessed of at my decease and
I appoint my brother William Bussey and my daughter Eliza above mentioned
as executors and executrix to this my last will and testament and hereto
I set my name and mark CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
