Will and Testament of Stephen Lovell

I Stephen Lovell of Grand Bank Newfoundland being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make my last will and testament, revoking all other wills by me made. I give and bequeath to my wife Sarah my dwelling house and with it all my household effects and land adjoining, to my said wife Sarah Lovell, all the monies in my possession after my lawful debts are paid.
To my son Raymond Lovell now residing at Boston U.S.A. the parcel of land situated on the east side of the main road running from Water Street and bounded by the road on the south - on the west by property of the Samuel Harris Export Co on the east by land owned by John Loveless on the north by land owned by Wm. Matthews.
To my wife Sarah Lovell I bequeath the parcel of land situated on the road known as Tibbe's road and bounded on the east side by the said road, on the south by a road known as the Barracks road, on the west by property of Wm. Thorne, on the North by land of George Green.
After the death of my said wife Sarah Lovell, the house and property situated on Church Street, shall become the property of my son Raymond Lovell.
I do hereby appoint John F. Hyde to be my executor of this my last will and testament.
