Will of James Loveridge from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 136 probate year 1927

In re
      JAMES LOVERIDGE.       DECEASED.

This will of me James Loveridge was made and signed at Pouch Cove on the 14th day of January 1925

I James Loveridge being of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last Will and Testament

I give and bequeath to my son Richard Loveridge one half of all I own excepting the furniture in the house and horse

I give and bequeath to my son James Loveridge one half of all I own excepting my half of the house and the furniture of the house

I give and bequeath to my son Richard aforementioned the whole of my half of the house; and to my son James all the furniture etc in the dwelling house

Signed in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of his other have affixed our signatures as witnesses.
