Will of Peter Kenneth MacLeod
from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 78 probate year 1927

In re
     PETER KENNETH MACLEOD.    DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Peter Kenneth MacLeod of Saint John's Newfoundland made this Seventh day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty six.
I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore.
I appoint my wife Margaret MacLeod to be my Executor, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Margaret all I possess in this world.

Signed by the said Testator Peter Kenneth MacLeod in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
