Will of Richard Mahon from Newfoundland will books volume 7 page 201 probate year 1902 Last Will of I Richard Mahon of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Cooper, being of sound mind and good memory declare this to be my last will and Testament and I do hereby devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Ann Mahon, after all burial and testamentary expenses just debts dues and demands, are paid All the residue of all my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of or to which I shall be entitled or which I may have power to dispose of at the time of my death absolutely and for ever, and I do hereby appoint Walter A. O'D. Kelly of St. John's Accountant and William Culleton of same place Cooper to be my executors of this my will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of January 1902.
