Will of Samuel J. McPherson from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 502 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me, Samuel J. McPherson of St. John's in the electoral district of St. John's west, Moulder, made by me on this the 9th day of December 1926. I give and bequeath to my wife Sarah McPherson all my furniture goods, chattels, monies and all my interest in stocks and bonds which I possess for the absolute use and benefit of herself. I bequeath also to her for her life my two houses on Patrick
Street. After her death the two houses are to be disposed of as follows, namely
the one on the corner of Hamilton and Patricks Streets is to go to my son Frederick
McPherson and the other house to my son James McPherson. I appoint my wife
executrix of this my will. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
