Will of Jacob Miller Sr., from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 67 probate year 1929

IN RE.

JACOB MILLER SR.

                              Kerleys Hr.
June 4/27.

I Jacob Miller Sr. of Kerleys Hr in the electoral district of Trinity Nfld do certify that is my last will and testament and I give and bequeath my land as follows. To my son George Miller his land goes from the cross Head to the corner of my sters.  To my son Joseph from cross road to John's Crane. To my son John from his Crane to a point wh coincides with the outside end of his flake.
To my son Henry Arthur I give and bequeath as follows from the inside post of my fence to the gate.
I give and bequeath my house and land which I have been working for the past few years to my grand daughter Maggie.
Two teapots and 1 side board one of them for phoebe King and the other for George Miller of Jacob and the side board for my son Joseph.
House & everything else in it is for maggie.
My money in the Royal Bank of Canada in trinity is to be divided equally among George, Joseph, John Henry Arthur Phoebe Annie & my grand daughter Maggie who has kept house for me ever since my wife died or in fact since she has been of age.
Maggie can give 1 bed & bed clothes to my grand son Jacob.
This is my express wish and I wish for it to be done, my fishing gear is for my son Henry Arthur. I appoint Mr Az King as my executor.
