Will of Mary S. Miller from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 586 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. I, Mary S. Miller being of sound mind do hereby make my last will and testament, to my husband Arthur William Miller I give and bequeath the house owned by me on Young Street also all monies in Saving Bank or otherwise due me subject to the provision that at my death he shall pay over to each of my seven children or their heirs the sum of $100.00 (one hundred dollars) Interest and rest of the residue to be applied for his maintenance at his death to be equally divided among my seven children or their heirs. In witness whereof
I have hereunto subscribed my hand and set my seal at St John's Newfoundland
this thirtieth day (30th) of July one thousand nine
