      I John Morarity do bequeath to my son James Moriarty all my estate dwelling house and out houses horses and cows (sgd) John his x mark Moriarty. (Sgd) Thomas his x mark Drohan. (Sgd) Edward Phelan. 9 Mases for me John Morarity. 4 after my death.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of John Morarty deceased
