In re DECEASED.
ANASTATIA MURPHY.
This is the last will and testament of me, Anastatia Murphy of St. John's
widow, made by me on this the twentieth day of March A.D. 1922.
I hereby revoke all former wills made by me.
I will and bequeath unto my daughter Bride Murphy and my son Patrick Murphy my dwelling house and the land in front of same and on all sides of it and
also the land to the rear of it to a distance of fifteen feet from the end
of said house, to be held by them as tenants in common. From said distance
of fifteen feet to the rear of my land I bequeath to my son Benjamin with all
erections thereon. Along the Southern boundary of all my land there is to be
reserved a right of way for the joint use of the owners of the land, of ten
feet.
I appoint my son Benjamin executor of this my will.
Signed by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament by making her
mark, it having been first read over and explained to her in the presence of
us, who in her presence and in the presence of each other, thereunto subscribe
our names as witnesses.
