Will of Edward Murphy from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 499 probate year 1890 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of me Edward Murphy formerly of Catalina but at present of St. John's Planter. I give devise and bequeath all property money goods chattels and effects of every description which I may be possessed of at the time of my death to my beloved wife Catherine Murphy And I appoint my said wife executrix of this my will. St. John's April 23rd 1890. Edward his x mark Murphy Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
