Will of Mary Murphy Last Will and Testament of In the name of God Amen the 10th day of April
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and seventy five. I Mary
Murphy of Keels Bonavista Bay in the Northern district of the Island of Newfoundland
being through the blessing of God in a sound state of mind and memory, but
calling to mind the frail tenure of this life and that it is appointed to all
once to die do make and ordain this my last will and Testament that is to say.
I do give and bequeath and dispose of it in the following manner. First I do
give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Ann Murphy my own
right title and interest in one third of my deceased husbands estate situate
at Keels and Sancroix. Also I do give and bequeath to my said daughter Ann £350.0.0.
cy now at interest in the Union Bank together with my seven cows & heifers
one horse with all other goods and chattels belonging to me at Keels at the
time of my decease. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Mary Murphy deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
