Last Will and Testament of
Margaret O'Donnell of St. John's
Widow deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Margaret O'Donnell of William St. St. John's widow First I give and bequeath the house in which I live and the garden attached to my son Richard O'Donnell I give and bequeath my other house and the yard attached to my daughter Mrs. William Maher. I give and bequeath to Revd M. J. Clarke of Torbay the sum of Two hundred dollars for masses for myself and my late husband. It is my wish that a high mass be celebrated for me by him immediately after my death. I give and bequeath to the Community of Nuns at Torbay the sum of fifty pounds ($200). After the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give and bequeath the rest and remainder of my money of which I may die possessed to be equally divided between my daughter Mrs William Maher and my son Richard O'Donnell I appoint George H. Emerson executor of this my last will and Testament. Dated at St. John's this 26^th day of July A.D. 1892.
