Will of John L. O'Dwyer Last Will and Testament of This is the last will of me John L. O'Dwyer of St. John's Newfoundland Commission Merchant. I devise and bequeath all my estate and effects real and personal which I may die possessed of or entitled to unto my wife Edith Livingstone O'Dwyer absolutely. And I appoint her my sole executrix under this my will. Saint John's 20th January 1895. (Sgd) John L. O'Dwyer. Signed by the Testator in the joint presence of us who thereupon signed our names in his and each others presence. (Sgd) James P. Fox (sgd) Chas. R. Duder I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of John L. O'Dwyer deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
