Peter O'Neil

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Peter O'Neil of Whittles Bay in the Electoral District of Ferryland, Fisherman and Farmer made the 27^th day of December 1929.
I hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
I appoint Miss Margaret Shanahan of Whittles Bay to be the Executrix of this my will.
I give to my grandson, Louis Tobin half my land which shall include the land upon which my dwelling house, stable and other buildings have been erected, absolutely.
The remaining half of my land which shall include and equal frontage with Louis Tobin on the Main Road I give to my grandson, Denis Tobin, absolutely.
I give to my daughter, Mary Tobin, my parlour suite.
The rest of my furniture I give to my grandson Louis Tobin.
All the rest residue of my property I give half for to Whittles Bay Church for Church purposes and half for masses for the repose of my soul.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name to this my will the day and year first above written.
