In the name of God - Amen.
I Edward O'Reilly of Point Wall, Argentia, Newfoundland being of sound mind make this my last will and testament.
ITEM. After my demise I will devise and bequeath to my two sons Patrick and John now residing at Boston U.S.A. share and share alike everything of which I may die possessed, both real and personal. To wit. My dwelling house and lands together with all erections thereon, furniture, horse, cattle, carte wheels, harness, in fact as before said everything I may own at the time of my demise.
ITEM. I hereby appoint Edward McHugh my brother-in-law as executor to this my last will and testament. Signed at Placentia Nfld this 16th day of June A.D. 1931 in the presence of.
