Will of Joseph O'Reilly from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 43 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Joseph O'Reilly of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, Assessor of Income Tax. I hereby appoint Cyril J. Cahill of St. John's, Barrister at law and John Bertram O'Reilly of St. John's Medical Doctor, to be joint executors and trustees of this my will. I will and direct that my executors shall first pay out of my general estate all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses. Any property that I may possess at the time of my death, real and personal, I give devise and bequeath to my two daughters Mary O'Reilly Organ and Hildred O'Reilly to be divided equally between them, share and share alike. My piano I give and bequeath solely to my daughter Mary O'Reilly Organ. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my will this 24th day of November A.D. 1926.
