Last will and testament
of John O'Toole
of St. John's Dealer Deceased. -

In the name of God Amen
This is the last will and testament of me John O'Toole of St. John's dealer First I hereby annul and render void all previous wills that may have been made by me. Second It is my will and desire that my executor hereinafter appointed shall pay out of my estate all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses Third I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Anne O'Toole all my houses lands goods credits and effects of whatsoever description or kind or wheresoever situate that I may die possessed of for her use support and maintenance and that of her children. Fourth. I hereby constitute and appoint Michael Tobin of St. John's Merchant executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand set and subscribed at St. John's this 28^th day of May A.D. 1891 John his x mark O'Toole Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses John his x mark Hayden - F.
