      Emma Parsons          deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Emma Parsons of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Spinster I give devise and bequeath unto my sister Mary Ann Noonan, widow all interest in land and premises and all property of every description of which I may die possess or become entitled to and thereof appoint my said sister Mary Ann Noonan the executrix of this my last will and Testament    In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 23^rd day of November A.D. 1909 Signed by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in the persons of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses Fannie C.
