I Elizabeth Penny of Carbonear, widow, do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I give and bequeath to my son Robert James all my land and fishing premises situate at Indian Bight, Labrador.
To my son Jacob I give and bequeath my dwelling house situate at Harbour Rock Hill with the appurtenances thereto and the front half of the land, reserving a road to the back of George Edwards house five feet wide.
The other half of the land the back portion I give and bequeath to my son George Edward.
The fishing premises and property at Great Braha I give and bequeath to my two sons Jacob and George Edward to be equally divided between them.
In witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Penny have hereunder set my hand this 11^th day of October 1913.
