Last Will and Testament of
Thos. Avery Perry

Blackmarsh Road
St. John's Jany 6th 1931

I Thomas Avery Perry being of sound mind do make this my last will and testament this sixth dau of January 1932.
Firstly. I give to my brother Cedric Perry my motor car, my shares in the Great Eastern Oil and Trading Company, and the balance of all cash from my savings account after all expenses on account of burial etc have been paid.
Secondly. I wish my mother as beneficiary of an Insurance Policy with the Manufacturers Life Insurance Co to send the sum of five hundred dollars to my brother Issac Perry out of the proceeds of the policy, the balance is to be secured and finally distributed among the members of the family after her death.
Thirdly. I give to my brother Joseph Perry all my personal property situated at Catalina namely factory and equipment etc; excepting my furniture in the house which I give to my brother Wesley Perry.
Fourthly. I wish to give to George Rideout my Victrola and records.
To Carl and Bert Perry my radio and the shack on Blackmarsh road.
To Munden Perry my business Encyclopaedia.
To Anne Perry the typewriter
To Bell my sister the sewing machine.
To Heydon Quinton my Barometer.
Lastly. I hereby appoint my brother Cedric as administrator of the foregoing will.
