Will of Joseph Peters, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 424 probate year 1931

IN RE.                          DECEASED
Joseph Peters.

This is the last will and testament of me, Joseph Peters, of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my wife Fanny Isabel Peters the Executrix of this my will. I give, devise, and bequeath all of my property of every description to my said wife for her sole use and benefit.
Witness my hand at St John's aforesaid this eighth day of July A.D. 1914.

Joseph Peters.

Signed, published, and declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in his presence and at his request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof
