Will of William Pollott Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of William Pollott of New Harbor Trinity Bay I hereby give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Pollott all my property as long as she lives for her own use and benefit. After her death she is to give all or part to either of my nephews she thinks most worthy of it. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and set my seal this second day of August one thousand nine hundred and one (sgd) William Pollott Signed by the said William Pollott who being of sound mind and memory in the presence of us, present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other attest and subscribe our names as witnesses hereunto: witness (sgd) Moses Parsons. (Sgd) Thomas L. Newhook. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William Pollott deceased D.
