The last Will of Mary Ann Pope late of
St. John's, Widow, deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of me Mary Ann Pope of St. John's widow. I hereby revoke all wills and other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will. I give devise and bequeath all my property estate and effects of every nature and kind whatsoever unto and to the use of my dear children Mary Ann Thomas and Walter and Richard absolutely share and share alike and I appoint Richard to be the executor of this my last will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of October Anno Domini eighteen hundred and ninety eight. Mary Ann Pope. Signed by the said Mary Ann Pope as her last will and testament in the presence of us, who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
