Will of Catherine Power from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 153 probate year 1887 Last will and Testament In the name of God. Amen. I Catherine Power of St. John's widow do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and Testament. First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid. Second I give devise and bequeath to Mrs. Mary Ann Dooley with whom I am now residing, all my bed and bedding, clothes and wearing apparel in trust to divide the same between my nieces Ann Squires and Joanna Angel in as nearly equal shares and proportions as may be done. Third I nominate and appoint the said Mrs. Mary Ann Dooley as executrix of this my will, and do hereby revoke all wills by me heretofore made Witness my hand at St. John's this sixth day of February A.D. 1885. Catherine Power. Signed in presence of us. Robert J. Kent. T. R. O'Donnell.
