IN RE DECEASED.
Mark Puddester
This is the last will and testament of me, Mark Puddester of St. John's, pensioner of the civil service.
- I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and make and declare this to be my last will and testament.
- I appoint my son, John C. Puddester of St. John's Journalist, and my daughter, Annie S. Puddester of St. John's, Spinster, to be the Executors of this my will.
- I give my house on Gilbert Street, all my household furniture and effects and all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my daughter, Annie Steer Puddester to have and to hold during her life and at her death to be disposed of as she deems best.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 27th day of October Anno Domini 1926.
