ABRAHAM RICHARDS

I, Abraham Richards, of 25 Balsom Street, St John's, Newfoundland, do hereby give and bequeath my whole estate and personal effects to my wife Jessie Richards of 25 Balsom Street, St. John's Newfoundland. The same to be held by her until her remarriage or death. In case of her remarriage the whole estate and personal effects to be divided equally between my two sons, Finlay MacNeil Richards and Albert Robert Richards, or the survivor.
I appoint Jessie Richards my sole executrix.
