Will of John Rorke Sr. from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 406 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me John Rorke of Carbonear merchant.
I revoke all wills heretofore by me made. I give devise and bequeath everything
of which I shall die possessed of whatsoever kind or description whether real
or personal to my brother James Rorke absolutely should he survive me and in
the event of his predeceasing me I give devise and bequeath the said property
above described to the legal representatives of the estate of my brother James
Rorke to be divided by them in accordance with the terms of any will my said
brother James shall have made as if the said property hereby bequeathed had
been received by my said brother James Rorke in his lifetime. Should the said
James Rorke CORRECT (Listed between the lines where the word die is crossed out are the initials
of the testator and the witnesses, as follows) (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
