Will of Thomas Ryall The last Will of This is the last will and Testament of me Thomas Ryall of Saint John's Newfoundland
Tailor. I nominate and appoint William Bolt of Saint John's aforesaid Cooper
sole executor of this my will. I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter
Elizabeth Gear wife of Joseph Gear all my share estate and interest in that
property situate on Water Street West and formerly owned by Elizabeth
Prowse and now leased to Mep (?). P. L Topier during her lifetime and after her decease
I give devise and bequeath my interest in the said property unto my son William
Ryall to hold to him for his own absolute use and benefit. I give devise and
bequeath unto my said daughter Elizabeth Gear all that land with dwelling house
and shop thereon and all appurtenances thereto belonging situate on Water Street
West devised and bequeathed unto my late wife Ann Ryall, by her mother the
said Elizabeth Prowse and leased to one Clooney and by him assigned to one
McCarthy to hold to her my said daughter Elizabeth
Gear for her own absolute
use and benefit. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will of Thomas Ryall Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
