Will of John Ryan In re This is the last will and Testament of me, John Ryan of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Draper and I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary writings by me made, I hereby appoint my mother Ellen Ryan sole Executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my will at St. John’s aforesaid this twenty-fourth day of February A.D. 1911 John Ryan. Signed by the above named Testator as and for his last will in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses Cyril J. Cahill David Walsh This is a codicil to my last will on the other side hereof dated the twenty-fourth day of February A.D. 1911 1. I hereby revoke the bequest numbered one in said
will and hereby give and bequeath to said Edward Kelly therein
named the sum of one hundred dollars instead of two hundred dollars.
