Mary Ryan.

This is the last will and testament of me, Mary Ryan of St John's West, Widow made by me on this the eight day of February A.D. 1930.
I will and bequeath to my executrix my dwelling house furniture goods & chattels & everything I possess to be held by her in trust until my daughter Nellie Ryan completes her training for the nursing profession. The rent from the dwelling house is to be used by my executrix firstly in payment of expenses and upkeep, and secondly my executrix is to pay the residue to my daughter Nellie Ryan.
Should she give up training or upon the completion thereof, my executrix will sell the house and everything I possess and divide the proceeds equally between all my children.
I appoint my daughter Rita Armstrong executrix of this my will.
