St. John's Accountant deceased.

This is the last will and testament of James Chalmers Scott of No 38 Freshwater Road St. John's Newfoundland I hereby give devise and bequeath to my wife Alice Olsen Scott, her heirs executors and administrators for her and their own use and benefit absolutely and for ever all my estate and effects both real & personal whatsoever and wheresoever, and of what nature and quality soever, and I hereby appoint her the said Alice Olson Scott sole executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this second day of May one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven. - James Chalmers Scott. - Signed by the said James Chalmers Scott in the presence of us present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other, attest and subscribe our names as witnesses ???
