Will of William John Scott Senior from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 431-432 probate year 1889 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of me William John Scott of St. John's. first the whole of my property real and personal whatsoever the same may be or wheresoever situate I devise and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Ashton Scott in trust to apply the rents issues and profits thereof to her own personal use during her lifetime and after her death it is my will and desire that the whole of my property as aforesaid to be equally divided share and share alike between my children issue of any deceased child to take the parents share in equally divided parts. Second I appoint my wife Elizabeth Ashton Scott executrix of this my last will. W. J. Scott Senr. Signed sealed and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament by the said William John Scott in presence of us the subscribing witnesses who in his presence and the presence of each other signed the same J.
