Will of Henry Warren Seymour from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 587 probate year 1891 Last will and Testament St. John's Newfoundland. November 23rd 1886 Know all men, That I Henry Warren Seymour of this town, being of sound mind and body do hereby freely bequeath and will over to my wife Sarah Ann Seymour, her heirs executors and assigns all and singular, my right title and interest in a dwelling house situated in Cathedral Street in the town of St. John's. also, all life insurance amounts property, furniture or monies to me belonging now or that hereafter may be, for her own use and disposal.
