James Skinner

            St Jacques

I James Skinner of St Jacques Fortune Bay N.F.L.D.                May 5/1927
being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1st      I hereby appoint Ches Poole of Belleoram and my Son Albert of St Jacques to be my executors of this my last will directing my said executors to pay funeral and testamentary expenses out of my estate as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
2nd.      After the payment of my said expenses I give and devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate which I may now or hereafter be possessed of or interested in the manner following that is to say.
3rd.      I give and bequeath to both sons Albert and Louis dwelling house and all there in it belong to me and to be share and share alike.
I also devise after the first one of them passes out the whole is to go to the other.
4          I give devise and bequeath to my son Albert all fishing gear and dories
5.         I also give devise and bequeath to my son Ralph the land that his house now stands on.
And all other land to go eaquely among my three sons Albert, Ralph & Louis
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this tenth Fifth day of may in the year nineteen hundred and twenty seven. Signed published and declared by the said James Skinner the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us both present together at the same time and in his presence At his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution thereof.
