THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Helen Smith of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland Spinster I give devise and bequeath all my property to my sister Barbara Grace Smith and I appoint her sole executrix of this my will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Helen Smith have hereunto subscribed my hand this Twenty First day of November Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
